Fundstore was looking for a tool which allows to track and historize all the requests and all the communication had with clients to manage in an efficient manner the interactions that every day arriving at the Customer Service office. At the same time, to manage better the communications and the marketing campaigns, it becomes essential to access and use all biographical data and interactions available on the client/prospect.
The need felt was to haveone shared and centralized system with all the information related to the clients.
We implemented the Dynamics 365 CRM solution pursuing the following goals:
-provide a CRM solution to take a better management of all activities done by the Customer Service
- allow managing directly from the CRM e-mail arrived and delivered with the help of a template and automatic processes
- to conducttargeted analysis on clients and prospects
- have anintegrated CRM solution with the ERP, tohave data always updated.
