WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE DATA?

If the user believes that any processing violates the applicable personal data protection laws, they are invited to contact us to resolve the issue. The user may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority under Article 77 of the aforementioned Regulation, even without first contacting us.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE DATA?
Data are processed for the newsletter service for different periods:
a) For processing for contractual purposes and to comply with legal obligations: for the duration of the contract and, after termination, for a period not exceeding 10 years;
b) Where processing is necessary to protect the Data Controller’s rights: for the entire duration of legal proceedings and, in any event, no longer than the expiry of the time limits for bringing appeals;
c) Where processing is for marketing purposes and requires consent, until consent is withdrawn;
d) For processing for direct marketing purposes to Customers, until they object or for 24 months after the last opening of an email sent.
