While browsing the pages of the Site we collect:

PURPOSE
Contractual purpose: to view the web pages and use the services offered within the site https://sysdat.it (“Site”).
Communications archiving: keeping track of communications with users of the services of the Site.
Operation of the Site: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Sites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Communicating with you upon your request: The data transmitted through the completely optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages via email to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered by the user in the message.
Personalization of the user experience: through the data provided and the registration regarding the use of the Site, it is possible to provide personalized messages connected to the User.
Protecting rights in court: if necessary, to ascertain, exercise or defend the rights of the Owner in court.

Contract. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject.
Legitimate Interest. Processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or third parties.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE DATA?
The data collected through the Site are stored:
a) In the case of processing for contractual purposes and legal obligations: for the entire duration of the contract and, after termination, for a period not exceeding 10 years;
b) In the case of processing necessary to protect the rights of the Data Controller: for the entire duration of the legal dispute and in any case no later than the exhaustion of the terms for the exercise of appeal actions;
c) In the case of processing necessary for the functioning of the Site: for the entire duration of the browsing session on the Site, as well as for the longest period of analysis, in any case not exceeding 12 months.
After the retention periods indicated above have expired, your personal data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous, compatible with the technical deletion and backup procedures.
WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE TREATMENT?
Your personal data may be shared, when strictly necessary for the purposes indicated, with:
a) third parties to whom the Data Controller has entrusted the specific processing of personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services;
b) third parties who provide instrumental services to the Data Controller, who typically act as data controllers, such as managers of communication services, electronic mail, correspondence delivery, technical services for the management of the Site or other IT service providers;
c) companies that offer support in carrying out market research;
d) third parties who perform management and maintenance services for the Data Controller's database;
e) subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of provisions of law or orders of the authorities.
These subjects will receive only the data necessary for the relevant functions and will undertake to use them only for the purposes indicated above and to process them in compliance with the applicable privacy legislation. HOW IS DATA SECURITY MANAGED?
The Data Controller undertakes to protect the security of the user's personal data and complies with the security provisions set forth by applicable legislation, in order to avoid data loss, illegitimate or illicit use of data and unauthorized access to the same, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data. Furthermore, they use Data Processors who present sufficient guarantees to implement adequate technical and organizational measures, in compliance with the legislation in force regarding the processing of personal data, ensuring adequate protection of the rights of the interested parties.
WHAT RIGHTS CAN YOU EXERCISE?
You may exercise at any time the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of EU Regulation 679/2016. In particular, the right to ask the Data Controller for access to data concerning the user, their rectification or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive the data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to revoke any consent given regarding the processing and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable discipline.
In the event that the user believes that any of the treatments violates the legislation in force on the processing of personal data, he is invited to contact us to resolve the problem. It is understood that he may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 of the aforementioned Regulation, even without prior contact with us.

The data is processed for the newsletter service for different timeframes:
a) In the case of processing for contractual purposes and legal obligations: for the entire duration of the contract and, after termination, for a period not exceeding 10 years;
b) In the case of processing necessary to protect the rights of the Data Controller: for the entire duration of the legal dispute and in any case no later than the exhaustion of the terms for the exercise of appeal actions;
c) In the case of processing for marketing purposes subject to consent, until the revocation of the same;
d) In the case of processing for direct marketing purposes on Customers, until opposition or for 24 months following the last opening of the email sent.

- Through the “Proference Center”, exclude the possibility of being profiled, request deletion, limit the use of data, know which data are used by the platform.
