We are looking for a MANAGEMENT APPLICATION CONSULTANT

The Role:

As an expert in management processes in the fashion industry, the person will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of the STEALTH ERP platform that SYSDAT.IT manages as a Certified Service Partner of DEDAGROUP, from project implementation to post-go live support to application management across multiple clients.

As part of a team, this position will coordinate with the various functional organizations within the customers' enterprise to ensure ERP implementation supports business needs and dynamically interfaces with other customer systems such as, Finance, Retail, PLM, data warehouse and ancillary. The person sought will also be responsible for the technical implementation of the same: not programming but system configurations and will go through a certification process issued directly by the software vendor itself, DEDAGROUP.

This position is based on building effective relationships to improve existing processes and drive innovative change through industry best practices.

Prerequisites:

• Diploma or degree in Management Engineering.
  
• Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, at least at an intermediate level. Knowledge of English at an advanced level or another language will be preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel to customers
  
  

Preferred skills :

• experience working directly with customers on software support with a focus on customer needs
  
• Knowledge of processes in the fashion world
  
• Good understanding of the organizational information flow of data in a management system
  
• ability to work independently on major high-level databases (MSSQL - MySQL, PL-SQL)
  
• knowledge of management systems for the fashion world including custom
  
• project management experience

The type of contract will be evaluated according to the characteristics of knowledge, experience and seniority, in any case we guarantee paid overtime, travel allowance and meal vouchers.
